Information about PSN's incorporation and non-profit status is listed below.

PSN was incorporated on June 7, 2005. 

The Pediatric Stroke Network, Inc received a letter of determination from the Internal Revenue Service on February 10, 2006 that was dated February 3, 2006. The Employer ID number, which is also known as our tax id number, is 87-0751141. 

The advance ruling period began on June 7, 2005 and is up for review on December 31, 2009. The IRS wrote the following in the determination letter, "We have determined that you are exempt from Federal income tax under section 170 of the code.  You are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, divises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code."

The Pediatric Stroke Network copyright materials can not be copied in whole or in part by any person, organization or corporation other than PSN, it's divisions and units without the prior written permission of the Legal Department at the Pediatric Stroke Network.
