About the Pediatric Stroke Network,
a 501 (c)(3) corporation
 

The Pediatric Stroke Network is a 501 (c)(3) non profit organization that was incorporated in 2005 to provide information and assistance to families whose lives have been affected by children who have had a stroke.

PSN is a grass roots organization which is operated by several volunteers, on an unpaid basis.  We do not have any paid staff.

PSN has several websites that promote Childhood Stroke awareness in many different ways.  We support and promote May 6th as Childhood Stroke Awareness Day as declared by Senator Chambliss of Georgia.  We have a 300+ page main web site and our group has over 900 families it supports.

PSN bylaws state that the PSN organization does not have members.

John Kylan Lynch , DO - Dr. Lynch is a Senior Staff Fellow in the Neuroepidemiology Branch at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke in Bethesda, Maryland.  Dr. Lynch is currently a co-investigator on a study of stroke in children at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.
